At Deepticart, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted products. Since each item is uniquely made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged during transit.

Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if it has been physically damaged or broken during delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Inspect the Product Upon Delivery – Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
  2. Notify Us Within 24 Hours – If you receive a damaged product, email us at info@deepticart.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide Proof of Damage – Share clear images or a video of the damaged item along with its packaging. This helps us process your request faster.

Return Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
  • Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
